2018 Pitcher Partners legal practice survey

By Ashley Davidson - October 3, 2018

The Pitcher Partners legal practice survey is now in its fourth year; helping law firms identify what their competitors are doing, what opportunities exist, what challenges they and the industry are facing, and how they are reacting.

The response to last year’s survey was our largest ever, and this year we are hoping to gather even more responses from around the country to help us identify emerging trends to present back to participants.

Our 2018 survey can be found here. We encourage law firms to complete the survey to help us give you a clearer idea of how you and your peers are performing. The more responses we receive, the better the data will be.

Over the last year, we have also been working with legal practices we act for to develop a financial benchmarking tool. Firms wishing to benchmark themselves on items such as billable hours and utilisation, revenue per equity partner, net profit per equity partner and WIP, debtor and lock up days please also complete the benchmarking survey attached here. If you could please complete the surveys by Tuesday 16 October 2018, that would be greatly appreciated.
